How much does the sauna cost?
Our sauna sessions are €10 per person for a 30-minute session & €18 per person for a 1 hours ession.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during busy periods, weekends and good weather.
Can I go sea swimming before or after?
Yes, many visitors enjoy combining their sauna session with a sea swim. Knockadoon is a popular coastal spot, but please only swim if conditions are safe and suitable for your ability.
